1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen & thawed)
1 tbs water (or less, depending on how “juicy” your berries are)
1 tbs chia seeds
Desired amount of Stevia (optional)
1. Mash strawberries using either a fork, potato masher, blender or food processor until you reach desired consistency.
2. Add water, chia seeds, and Stevia (if you so choose), and mix very will until everything is evenly incorporated.
3. Transfer jam into a glass jar, cover it, and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
4. Enjoy as you would regular jam! Except even more so, because it’s full of healthy fat and fiber! 🙂
