This is a simple recipe!
- Fresh, wild caught salmon
- White wine
- 1-2 Lemons
- Mix one part white wine with water at the bottom of a sauce pan. Slice the lemon approximately ¼ inch and line the bottom of the pan (the lemon should be approximately equal with the water depth). Place the salmon on top of the lemons. Place cover on the saucepan and simmer on medium heat, allowing the salmon to be steamed.
- After approximately 15 minutes, check the salmon. The thicknesses of the salmon steaks will determine the cooking time.
- Plate the cooked salmon, and place the lemons from the water on top of the salmon. Serve and enjoy!
