Particpants who log their food get twice the results of those who don’t.
Our nutritional philosophy is one that is based on whole food organic nutrition. Eating a balance of protein, good fats, and healthy carbohydrates will help you feel satisfied and energized.
Cleaning Up Your Dirty Diet
Avoiding processed foods will help eliminate preservatives, trans fats, artificial sweeteners, and high fructose corn syrup. These ingredients can wreck havoc on your metabolism and your health.
Drink More H2O
Drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily.Water provides natural detoxification, energy, clear skin, and aids in fat loss.
Exercise 4 hours Every Week
Current research shows that exercising 240 minutes or 4 hours per week will aid in losing about 1 lb per week.
Make Sleep A Priority
Recovery is when the magic happens! While we sleep our bodies undergo healing – this healing is what aids in muscle development. Muscle development will increase your metabolism and give you a strong, toned body. Sleep 7-9 hours per night for optimum health.
Increase Your Fiber
Increase your fiber intake to 25-30 grams per day. Fiber decreases LDL (bad) cholesterol and aids in digestion.
Limit your sugar intake to less than 30 grams per day. Sugar has an inflammatory effect on the body. By limiting added sugar from your diet you will avoid blood sugar roller coaster rides and cravings.
