When I started Trumi it was because it fit my schedule. I knew I was available at 5:30 AM (yawn), but I also began to realize that because most people had not even hit their snooze button on their alarm clock there would be no other commitments or excuses to keep me from my workout.  I was so out of shape and I had aches in my knees that I had never felt before. Nicole was so patient. She made accommodations to help strengthen my knees safely and although it took some time – the pain is gone! I have become much stronger, feel much healthier, and I actually look forward to my workouts! The best outcome from my Trumi workout with Nicole came last week at my annual doctor’s appointment; my doctor said that my cholesterol was so much lower that he cut my dosage of medication in half.
Trumi is a great program and Nicole is a phenomenal trainer. She is a little thing, but boy will she motivate and hold you accountable for your fitness goals!

Trumi has made such a HUGE difference in my life. I was looking to get in “shape”, but I never expected the total package I received. What is Trumi bootcamp? It’s a trainer, weekly nutrition coaching and food logging, workouts that change daily and are catered to your level of fitness and the most important piece, a coach that provides accountability. Occasionally, we also have breakfast at bootcamp served by our coach that is a healthy example of the nutrition we talk about. I’ve recently started running a 5k each month and I used to hate running! I am happy to say at 50, I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I am “paying it forward” and have recruited my 17 year old daughter. I am now the example of healthy lifestyle for my kids. If I can do this, so can you!

Trumi boot camp teaches a way of life, not a quick fix.  We trained in the great outdoors, visited a health food store to learn proper nutrition and practiced tangible goal setting to measure progress in the program.  Nicole focused on my overall well-being and gave me the tools to be active, strong and make good choices for myself and my loved ones.
