Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake

Ingredients

1/2 cup organic cottage cheese

1 scoop Naked Whey Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 tsp Stevia

5-10 ice cubes (depending on the consistency you prefer, more ice cubes for a thicker shake)

1/2-1 cup water (again, this will depend on the consistency you prefer)

1/2 cup organic strawberries, fresh or frozen

1 1/2 tbsp organic cream cheese

1 cup spinach (I like to sneak in some greens!)

Optional: 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients into the blender, minus the Naked Whey, and blend well until you’ve reached your desired consistency.¬†

2. Lastly, stir in your Naked Whey with a spoon…ENJOY!
