Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake

Ingredients

1/2 cup organic cottage cheese

1 scoop Naked Whey Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 tsp Stevia

5-10 ice cubes (depending on the consistency you prefer, more ice cubes for a thicker shake)

1/2-1 cup water (again, this will depend on the consistency you prefer)

1/2 cup organic strawberries, fresh or frozen

1 1/2 tbsp organic cream cheese

1 cup spinach (I like to sneak in some greens!)

Optional: 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients into the blender, minus the Naked Whey, and blend well until you’ve reached your desired consistency. 

2. Lastly, stir in your Naked Whey with a spoon…ENJOY!
