trumi boot camp teaches a way of life, not a quick fix. We trained in the great outdoors, visited a health food store to learn proper nutrition and practiced tangible goal setting to measure progress in the program. Nicole focused on my overall well-being and gave me the tools to be active, strong and make good choices for myself and my loved ones.

At 64 years old, trumi has become an important part of my life. The trumi program has brought me to a higher level of health and fitness. I’ve lost over 30 pounds, I can do 55 push ups, hold a plank position for 9 minutes, and climb 157 steps 15 times in a row! The program also introduced nutrition and healthy balance into my life style.

I’ve learned new lifelong behaviors and skills that are easy; now they are habits! I never thought I could do the things I can do now! After two years I am no longer on medication for diabetes, I don’t need my c-pap machine anymore, and I have my strength back. I love what trumi has been able to do for me. It hasn’t been easy, but, in the end, it’s the people that keep me going, they’re spectacular…so encouraging.
