Shamrock Shake!


This is the result of another crafty in house recipe, cooking, and photo session. We’re so excited to be able to personally bring that to our blog readers! Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did 🙂 but seriously…who passes up a healthy Shamrock Shake. Just sayin’.


1 serving

  • 1/2 avocado peeled (can freeze it prior – this will add a more smoothie-like texture)

  • 1 cup coconut milk (I like the vanilla flavored)

  • 5 ice cubes

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

  • 1 packet stevia or 1 tablespoon swerve

  • 1 serving LGN Naked Whey


 1. Blend all the above ingredients together – EXCEPT the whey!

2. Once that’s all blended, add the whey and lightly pulse the blender. This is as not to break up the protein strands in the whey, because it’s purpose would then be moot.

3. There you have it – delight in a glass. ENJOY!!
