Recovery Shake

 

Here is a quick and easy shake filled with protein, antioxidants, omega 3’s and coconut! 

 Makes 2 servings: 

  •  * 1/2 Cup Blueberries

  •  * 1/2 Banana

  •  * 1 TBSP Ground flax

  •  * 1 Scoop Whey protein

  •  * 4 Ice cubes

  •  * Coconut milk 

  •  * Pinch of stevia

 Blend all ingredients together (if using NAKED whey, stir in  after all other ingredients are blended). Continue to add a  little more or less coconut milk to thicken or thin out your  shake.    ENJOY!

Nutrition information (approx) for 1 serving:  140 Cals, 15g Carb, 3g Fat, 15g Protein, 3g Fiber, 8g Sugar.
