Quinoa ‘Muesli’

Quinoa ‘muesli’



1/2 C cooked quinoa
1 C unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1 TB chia seeds
1/2 TB melted coconut oil
Ground cinnamon to taste
1 pack stevia (optional, to taste)

Optional for topping:
Fresh or frozen berries, nuts

Combine all ingredients except fruit & nuts and refrigerate overnight. EASY to make a big batch at the beginning of the week and eat it each morning. You can eat it hot or cold.
