Pumpkin Spice Protein Bowl


1/2 Small Frozen Banana

1/2 cup Frozen Pumpkin

1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 scoop Vanilla or Plain Whey Protein

5 Pecans, Chopped

1 tbsp Whipped Cream


1. Place banana, pumpkin, and spice in a blender. Mix until it forms a a creamy consistency.

2. Turn off blender and mix protein powder into the pumpkin using a wire whisk.

3. Place in a bowl and top with pecans and whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice (optional).

Makes 1 serving (1 bowl)
