1. Eat Fiber Filled Foods – This helps make your stool bulkier and softer, thus, easier to pass.

2. Drink Lots of Water – Helps to prevent constipation.

3. Exercise – Moving your body will keep your bowels moving.

4. Limit Foods that are High in Fat and

Low in Fiber – This can make constipation.
