Cocoa Muffin in a Mug


Alright all you sweet toother’s…here’s one that’ll have you coming back for more!


  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 egg white (3 tbsp)

  • 1 half banana, mashed

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp LGN Naked Whey

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1 packet stevia or 1 tbsp swerve or truvia

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla​


 1. Melt the coconut oil in a microwave safe mug.

2. Mix all ingredients together in a seperate bowl – then pour into mug with the melted oil.

3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes (depending on the power of your microwave) and yes, the mixture may run over the top. So maybe lay down a paper towel underneath the mug before you set it in the microwave to save yourself clean up time.

4. When it’s done, add a dollup of coconut cream and a teaspoon of cocoa nibs if you desire 🙂 enjoy this chocolatey treat!
