3 Organic Free Range Eggs
1 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tsp Honey or 15 drops stevia (for sugar free option)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1. Beat eggs in medium bowl.
2. Place remaining ingredients in bowl and mix until smooth.
3. Spoon mixture into muffin liners or silicone backing cups.
4. Bake 10-15 minutes.
5. Cool for 5 minutes before enjoying!
