Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream – Gluten free, vegan, low sugar!


1 scoop vanilla whey protein

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 frozen avocado

1/2 tsp. pure vanilla

1 tbsp coco powder

1/2 cup chilled Unsweetened Coconut Milk


1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend just until smooth. If you blend too much the mixture will start to thaw and become more of a pudding texture.

2. At this point you have two options, you can eat it as is, or you can re-freeze for at least 4 hours. Refreezing will provide a more ice cream like texture.

3. Enjoy a healthy cool treat!
