Boot Camp: Week 5

The first day back was tough … arms day. My biceps are throbbing, and it feelsgood surprisingly. I’m doing good at tracking my meals too. It really helpsyou understand what you are putting in your body when you see it written infront of you. I’ve found that I can’t work out in the morning unless I havea little something in my stomach. I’ve been drinking a low-carb proteinshake on the way to the gym every morning, and it is enough to get me throughto breakfast for only about 100 calories!
