Berry Bowl de Probiotic Protein


This is a recipe created in house for your cooking pleasure – complete with our own photos as well. Crafty, I know. ENJOY!


– 1/2 cup Kefir

– 1 scoop LGN Naked Whey

– 1/3 cup Frozen Berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, or mixed!)

– 1/8 cup chopped walnuts


1. In a bowl, mix together the Kefir and Naked Whey.

2. Place berries in a seperate bowl, and pour the Kefir and Whey mixture over the berries.

3. Top with your chopped walnuts, and POOF! Berry-licous meal 🙂
