An easy way to get rid of these toxins is a detox bath. But what are the benefits of Epsom Salt? One benefit is the magnesium that is in Epsom Salt. Magnesium is a major part of Epsom Salt. Magnesium has oodles of benefits; two benefits are improving sleep and reducing stress!
Epsom Salt Detox Bath –
1-2 Cups Epsom Salt
8-12 Drops Essential Oils
1/2 Cup Baking Soda
In a glass container, mix the Epsom Salt and Essential Oils.
Start your bath water; add the salt & oil mix and Baking Soda to the running water.
Soak for 20+ minutes.
Be sure to stay hydrated with plenty of water.
Repeat 2-3 times per week.
