Garlic Zucchini Hummus


 Garlic Zucchini Hummus


1 large zucchini, cut into chunks

1/2 cup tahini

1 clove of garlic, peeled

1 tbs olive oil

2 tbs lemon juice

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp celtic sea salt


1. Combine all the ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings to taste. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy!


Hold the paprika, cumin, and garlic; and instead add 1/4 cup swerve (or 1 tsp stevia) and 2 tsp cinnamon. Voila! Brand new flavor twist 🙂
